Discharge process of patients
• After discharging order by the physician, the case is closed by the related secretaries and is sent to the discharge unit to handle and set up the bill.
• If the patient is admitted by an introducing letter, all the expenses are calculated in accordance with the agreed contract.
• If the patient is admitted freely, all the expensesare calculated in cash and according to the tariffs which are determined annually by the Medical Council,
• If the hospital does not have acontract with the patient’s insurance company, after discharging, by referring to medical document unit the patient can ask for the documents of the case for presenting them to the insurance office..
